We process and ship orders within 3- 5 business days after purchase.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.  Once your order is being delivered, you will receive the tracking information via email.  ScentoBento is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, carriers or incorrect addresses.  If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at scentobento@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
